Altona Netball Association representatives are selected from our Saturday competition participants to compete against other associations across Victoria. Successful teams progress through to Association Championships, providing valuable opportunities for players to be identified within the Netball Victoria talent pathway.

Through a rigorous selection process, Altona Netball Association appoints representative players across the 11 & Under, 13 & Under, 15 & Under and 17 & Under divisions. Athletes selected into regional academy programs may then be identified for progression into the Victorian State Program.

Coaches involved in the representative program are committed to developing athletes within a structured and supportive environment, holding a minimum Foundation Accreditation through the Netball Australia coaching framework. Coaches are encouraged and supported to further their development along the pathway, ensuring players are provided with the best opportunity to grow and succeed.
